India contains the largest concentration of people living below the international poverty line. According to the World Bank, in 2010 81.1% of  people were living on less than $2.50 per day.We began caring for children in India over a decade ago when we established three Orphanages in Hyderabad, Andra-Pradesh in Bodh-Gaya, Bihar  and  in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. Each location houses between 10 and 45 children  year round, providing both temporary and permanent care.
The need for more care in India is ever growing and Care For Children Inc is dedicated to helping as many children as possible.
